After logging in, live chat is available directly from your account dashboard — no need to leave the platform. Support agents in Brazilian Portuguese with an average response time under 5 minutes. For KYC matters, bet disputes, or technical issues, email support responds within 24 hours.
Create a password with at least 8 characters, mixing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse your 01bet password on any other service — this reduces your risk if another site suffers a data breach.
2FA adds a second layer of security on top of your password — a code generated on your phone. Even if someone gets hold of your password, they still can't access your account without that code. Enable it in your 01bet account security settings.
Always make sure you're on the correct address: 01bet.click. 01bet will never ask for your password via email, external chat, or phone. If you receive a message asking you to log in through a suspicious link, don't click it — report it to support through the official channel.
If you access 01bet from someone else's computer or phone, always click "Log Out" when you're done. The "Remember me" option on the login page should only be used on your own personal devices.
Recovering access to your 01bet account is simple and can be done in minutes — no need to contact support in most cases.
Follow the steps below. If your issue isn't covered here, contact us via live chat and our team will sort it out in minutes.
It's just below the password field on the login form. Or go directly to the recovery link shown in the form above on this page.
Enter the email address you used when you registered. If you can't remember which email you used, try a few variations or reach out via live chat with your CPF handy.
You'll receive an email from 01bet with a secure link to reset your password. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Click the link in the email, set a new strong password, and log in as usual. Your new password takes effect immediately and all previous sessions are ended for security.
After 5 incorrect password attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait out the period or use "Forgot my password" to reset your access right away. If you suspect someone has been trying to access your account, contact support via live chat immediately.
Log in to 01bet is a simple, straightforward process: enter your registered email or CPF, your password, and you're in — with immediate access to live betting on the Brasileirão, Live Casino with Portuguese-speaking roulette dealers, Pix withdrawals, and your full account dashboard. Authentication takes just seconds and is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by digital banks like Nubank, Itaú, and Bradesco.
One of the most common questions at login is which credential to use — email or CPF. The 01bet accepts both. If you remember the email you signed up with, use that. If not, but you have your CPF handy, it also works as a login identifier. Your account is linked to your CPF, so regardless of the email you enter, the system will locate your account through your document.
The "Remember me" option on the login form keeps your session active on the current device — handy on your personal phone or home computer where you don't want to type your email and password every time. Never enable this option on shared devices, such as computers at a lan house, university, or workplace. In those cases, always log out when you're done. The logout button is available in the profile menu inside the platform.
If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it directly through the platform. Click "Forgot my password" on the login form — a reset link will be sent to your registered email right away. The link expires in 30 minutes for security purposes. If the email isn't in your inbox, check your spam folder — automatic filters sometimes flag transactional emails as junk. If you also can't remember the email you registered with, the fastest solution is to contact the support team at 01bet via live chat, with your registered CPF handy for identity verification.
After logging in, the 01bet account dashboard at 01bet brings everything together in one place: available balance (real balance and bonus balance shown separately), bet and transaction history, deposits via Pix and card, Pix withdrawal requests, account settings — including responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits and voluntary breaks —, VIP Program status, and live chat support. No need to navigate through multiple pages to find what you need: the dashboard is built to be functional and fast.
Live betting becomes available immediately after login. Brasileirão Série A is the top highlight for Brazilian players: full-time result, exact score, Asian handicap, total goals, yellow and red cards, corners, and dozens of other markets — all updated in real time as the match unfolds. Beyond the Brasileirão, the 01bet covers Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, European football (Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga), NBA, NBB, UFC, MMA, volleyball, basketball, tennis, and e-sports with live betting available 24 hours a day.
The live casino is open for bets from R$ 1.00 after login. The roulette tables at 01bet include the Brazilian Roulette — exclusive to platform players, with dealers who speak Brazilian Portuguese —, along with European, American, and French roulette. Live blackjack tables run 24 hours a day with varying bet limits to suit every type of player. Crash games such as Aviator and similar titles are also accessible straight from the dashboard after login and have been one of the fastest-growing categories among Brazilian players over the past two years.
Pix withdrawals at 01bet are available immediately after login — including on weekends and national holidays. The process is straightforward: go to "Withdrawals" in your dashboard, enter the amount, and confirm with the Pix key linked to your CPF. The average processing time is 4 minutes. For withdrawals that require identity verification (KYC) — especially on new accounts or for larger amounts — the 01bet payments team reviews the request within a few business hours. Having your KYC already approved (documents submitted and verified) speeds up all future withdrawals.
Account security is a shared responsibility between the 01bet and the player. On the platform side: 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time anti-fraud monitoring, automatic lockout after consecutive failed login attempts, and email notifications for logins from new devices. On the player side: use a strong, unique password, enable 2FA in your settings, never share your password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from 01bet support (our team will never ask for your password) — and log out on shared devices. These simple habits eliminate the vast majority of unauthorized access risks.
Login credentials are transmitted with SSL 256-bit encryption and handled in compliance with the LGPD. 01bet never shares your login data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions and the tools of Responsible Gambling.
