Terms and Conditions of 01bet — Clear Rules
for the Brazilian Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by the platform 01bet, accessible at https://01bet.click ("Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using any feature of 01bet — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and all other modes — you fully accept these Terms.

Acceptance occurs at the time of registration, when you check the box "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions". This acceptance carries the same legal weight as an electronic signature, as provided under applicable Brazilian law.

01bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update is published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To create an account at 01bet and use the platform's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old. 01bet is an adults-only platform. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and, if identified, the account will be immediately closed and funds frozen pending resolution.
• Residence: The service is intended for players residing in Brazil. You are responsible for verifying that use of the platform is permitted in your location.
• Valid documentation: You are required to provide accurate information during registration, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false data will result in account closure and possible balance forfeiture.
• One account per person: Each CPF may be linked to only one active account on 01bet. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the device or method used — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Individual: Registration is for individuals only. Accounts held in the name of companies or legal entities are not permitted.

By using 01bet, you agree to use the platform solely for personal and entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. Using the platform for commercial purposes, arbitrage, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the games is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. Do not share your login information with third parties. 01bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

The platform can be accessed through the browser on any device — desktop, mobile (Android or iPhone), or tablet — with no app installation required. 01bet does not guarantee compatibility with very outdated browsers or discontinued operating systems.

• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any automation software to interact with the platform is not permitted.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or reverse-engineer any system component is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• 01bet may, at its sole discretion, close or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All amounts on the 01bet are processed in Brazilian Reais (BRL). Payments in other currencies are not accepted. The available payment methods are:

• Pix: Minimum deposit R$ 20.00; withdrawals available in an average of 4 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including national holidays and weekends. No fees.
• Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards accepted. Minimum deposit R$ 30.00. No fees. Withdrawals are not available to cards — refunds are issued exclusively via Pix.
• Bank slip (boleto): Minimum deposit R$ 30.00. Funds credited within 1 business day. No fees.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00; instant credit. No fees.
• TED Bank Transfer: Via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks. Minimum deposit of R$ 50.00. Same business day settlement for TED transfers sent by 5:00 PM.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, regardless of the deposit method used. The Pix key provided must be registered under the CPF of the 01bet account holder. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Maximum limits vary by the player's VIP level (see section 8).

A 01bet offers Sports Betting across the top competitions in Brazil and worldwide, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, NBB, MMA/UFC, volleyball, e-sports, and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Minimum bet amount: R$ 1.00 per single bet. Accumulator bets follow the same minimum per selection.
• Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet and remain valid while available on the platform. 01bet reserves the right to adjust odds before an event begins.
• Live betting: In live (in-play) betting, odds change in real time. A bet is only confirmed once the platform accepts it, indicated by a confirmation message on screen.
• Voided bets: A bet may be voided in the event of event cancellation or postponement, a verified technical failure on the platform, odds displayed with a clear error, or confirmed suspicion of result manipulation.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets, as indicated in the interface. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original potential winnings.
• Bet results: Results are determined based on official statistics from the governing body of each competition. In the event of a dispute, 01bet may request confirmation from official sources before settling a bet.

01bet monitors all bets to detect suspicious patterns. Bets showing signs of match-fixing or use of insider information will be voided and the accounts involved will be suspended.

A 01bet offers live casino games — roulette, blackjack, baccarat — and electronic casino games, including slots and crash games. The following conditions apply:

• Legal age: Access to the casino section is exclusively for users aged 18 and over, as verified during registration.
• Live Roulette: Available in European (house edge 2.70%), French with La Partage (house edge 1.35% on outside bets), Brazilian, and American versions. Results are generated by real dealers using a physical wheel.
• RTP (Return to Player): The RTP for each casino game is available in the game information. Certified games have their RTP audited by independent bodies.
• Technical failure: If a technical failure occurs during a live casino or slots round, bets from the affected round are voided and the wagered amount is returned to the player's balance.
• Bet limits: Every Live Casino table and slots game displays minimum and maximum bet limits before the game starts. These limits may vary by VIP level.

A 01bet offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific conditions. The main bonus available is the 100% Welcome Bonus up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit. The applicable conditions are:

• Eligibility: Exclusive for new players making their first deposit. One welcome bonus per CPF, email address, and device only.
• Automatic credit: The bonus is automatically credited to your bonus balance after your first deposit — no promo code required.
• Rollover: The bonus balance must be wagered 5 times (5×) before it can be converted into real balance available for withdrawal. For example: a R$ 200.00 bonus requires total bets of R$ 1,000.00.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed to meet rollover requirements must have minimum odds of 1.50 (½). Bets with lower odds do not count toward the rollover calculation.
• Eligible markets: Single and multiple bets on football, basketball, volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Live Casino bets on roulette, blackjack, and baccarat are also eligible with 100% contribution.
• Timeframe: The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus activation. Bonuses not converted within this period are automatically cancelled.
• Withdrawal before rollover: If the player requests a withdrawal of real balance before completing the rollover, the remaining bonus balance will be canceled.

Other promotions — weekly reload, cashback, slots tournaments, free bets — have specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer. 01bet reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions with 24 hours' prior notice.

The VIP Program of 01bet has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Level progression is based on total betting volume on the platform. Benefits per level include:

• Bronze: Maximum withdrawal of R$ 5,000.00 per request; up to 3 withdrawals per week; access to the weekly reload bonus.
• Silver: Maximum withdrawal of R$ 10,000.00 per request; up to 5 withdrawals per week; 5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Maximum withdrawal of R$ 20,000.00 per request; up to 7 withdrawals per week; 8% weekly cashback; access to casino VIP tables.
• Platinum: Maximum withdrawal of R$ 50,000.00 per request; unlimited withdrawals per week; 12% weekly cashback; dedicated manager; access to exclusive promotions.
• Diamond: Maximum withdrawal of R$ 100,000.00 per request; unlimited withdrawals; 15% weekly cashback; dedicated account manager; invitations to special events; 4K cameras at VIP tables.

01bet reserves the right to adjust the VIP Program's progression criteria and benefits with 7 days' prior notice. A level downgrade may occur if betting volume falls below the minimum required to maintain the current level.

A 01bet maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, bonus abuse, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or other players. The following are considered serious violations:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse").
• Use of bots, automation software, scraping tools, or any other tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using insider information or any advantage not available to the general public to place bets.
• Attempted money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Unwarranted chargeback filed with the card operator after placing bets with the deposited amount.
• Submitting false documents during the identity verification process (KYC).

Confirmation of any of these behaviors results in immediate account closure, a freeze on all funds, and, where applicable, a report to the relevant authorities. 01bet uses automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious patterns in real time.

You can close your account at 01bet at any time by going to account settings or contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure is subject to the following conditions:

• The real balance available in the account (excluding unconverted bonus balance) may be withdrawn via Pix prior to account closure.
• Bonus balances not converted to real balance will be cancelled upon account closure.
• Open bets at the time of closure will remain active until settlement, and the outcome will be credited to the account as normal.
• Once closed, the same account cannot be reopened. To use 01bet again, you must create a new registration, subject to the eligibility policies in force at that time.

01bet may also close or suspend an account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, KYC irregularities, or upon request by a competent authority. In such cases, the real balance may be held for up to 90 days while the investigation is ongoing.

A 01bet believes that betting is a form of entertainment and is committed to promoting healthy gambling habits. The platform offers the following Responsible Gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once activated, the limit can only be increased after 7 days from the request.
• Voluntary break: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, you cannot log in, make deposits, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent account closure for problem gambling reasons. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible — the account cannot be reopened.
• Bet history: Access your full betting, deposit, and withdrawal history at any time to keep track of your gaming activity.

01bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Technical outages may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond the company's control. In the event of a failure during a live bet or casino round, the policy described in section 6 applies.

• 01bet is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• 01bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount of real funds deposited and available in the user's account at the time of the event.
• 01bet is not responsible for internet connection failures, device issues, or any circumstance beyond the platform's control that affects the placement of a bet.

A 01bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those affecting players' rights and obligations — will be communicated at least 7 days in advance through:

• Email sent to the address registered on the player's account.
• Prominent notice displayed on the platform's home page.
• Notification in the user's account dashboard upon login.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.

Minor changes — spelling corrections or clarity improvements that do not affect the conditions — may be published without prior notice. The last updated date shown at the top of this document always reflects the current version.
